This is a OF - 'One off' tattoo design. Meaning it will only be tattooed once.

The pricing listed is ONLY the deposit cost to reserve a design:
- the deposit can reserve a design for a maximum of 1 year from date the deposit is paid. Otherwise the design becomes available again and deposit is forfeited.

The fixed prices listed in photos are for the sizes listed:
The Smallest size listed is as small as the design is recommended to be done.
Larger sizes may incur a larger cost or may transfer to the discounted Hourly Rate.

The fixed prices listed in photos are for tattoos done on Arms and Legs - as these parts of the body are more consistently reliable in the quality of skin for tattooing. Requests for other parts of the body, such as stomach or ribs or requests for different sizes may affect the fixed price.

Larger format designs cannot be offered at a fixed price:
They are only listed at a discounted hourly price of $150 for the duration of the time required to complete the tattoo - this is 25% less than Ambers standard hourly rate of $200.

Minor changes and requests may be made to the design at the artists discretion:
Please check in advance before paying a deposit if you would like to change the design to check if it is okay.

Please be mindful: Flash designs are premade art by the Artist, some designs have been used or are intended to be used in merchandise production, such as but not limited to: prints, apparel, stickers, tattooed pig skin.

By Purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive license for a single personal tattoo done by Amber Kate Kelly:
The artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights. This design may not be resold, gifted, used for merchandise, or altered by anyone other than the artist. The artist reserves the right to use this design for commercial production and merchandise.

After you have paid the deposit for a design, Amber will reach out to you to discuss designs for size, location and availability.
